Mmmmm.......delicious! I just finished enjoying Rosehip marmalade on toast. It is not as commonly used in the USA, but in Europe it's as popular as any fruit. It is a healthy source of vitamin C, also makes a pretty rose colored tea. The Rosehip marmalade was imported from Croatia.

Rosehips are a very popular European ingredient , especially in tea. Jam sounds very nice!
