Im hopeing somone can help me identify 2 trees by pictures. We just got a new house and they came with it. The first 3 are from the same tree. I am guessing it is an avocado, but im not sure. The last picture i couldnt even guess.

Can you tell us where these trees are located? That will narrow the search quite a bit.

The first one is a Loquat.

The second is possibly Yellow Strawberry Guava (Psidium littorale).
