This looks like a Faucaria, not a Cheridopsis. Same family, though. If you disagree please speak up, otherwise I would like to propose moving the image to the genus entry for Faucaria.

Oops I didn't know there is a difference between the two. This is what the tag says. I searched what I thought was the common name mimicry. It does say Tiger Jaws/Faucaria Tigrina
Yup, that's common names for ya. I do believe the species on the tag is correct. If that's your plant, I think you'll have fun with it. Lots of yellow flowers that open in the sun, year round.
