Just got this gorgeous plant in the mail, after trading away one of my Monstera borsig. Albos.

I've got plenty of Anthurium already, and know general care advice, but this is the first one I've received potted in full sphagnum moss. Should I repot it into an aroid mix? I hesitate to disturb its roots too much, but I've never had much luck growing in pure sphagnum - I always tend to let it dry out way too much.

I have one plant that is probably a Doctor Block. I got in an a trade. (You know that Doc Block wants people to stop referring to his plants as Doc Blocks right?) Its a gorgeous black crystallinum that has bloodred new leaves with bright pink veins. Most people call it a Red Crystallinum. But as you know if you grow this stuff, its only red on the new leaf. I've had in for about 3 years now. I grow it in an open wire basket in a coco fiber liner filled with chunky mix
