I'm currently propagating a few philodendron/anthurium/monstera cuttings on my dorm windowsill in cups of sphagnum moss covered with plastic bags. The only issue is that my roommate likes to keep the room kind of chilly (65 degrees) and I believe this is slowing the root growth of my cuttings. Some of them just will not root.
Anyone have any ideas as to how I can cheaply warm up my cuttings on the windowsill without needing to change the temperature of the whole room?
Thanks!

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The 2nd best time is now. (-Unknown)
