Ones like those I always plant anyway, just in case. Sometimes you will be surprised. But I doubt either will be viable. And sometimes the same looking seed will be viable in one batch (or species) of seed, and not another.
The second was definitely an embryo trying to form. The first, I don't know.

This seed has superficial mold on them. Nothing to worry about at all.
Difficult to see embryos (some of them), due to thick dense endosperm and/or endosperm and embryo densities being very similar and not showing up well.
