Thread OP

Hello everyone! I'm making a little identification log of all of my house plants and these two have me stumped.

I've had the larger guy for about seven years now and the little one for three or four years. The big guy hasn't flowered in that time, though it grows steadily each year. The little guy is very slow-growing but I can't tell if that's due to stress or simply its nature.

Any information that y'all have is greatly appreciated!

Hi! Welcome! To the NGA!! :-), salmoli000

The first one is some Opuntia species,
Second one is some aloe species. Not good at ID'ing the many varieties, as they all look kinda the same to me LOL

Welcome!

The first is Opuntia and the second is an Aloe. You don't mention where you live or what direction that window faces so I don't know if your plants are etiolated or that's normal growth habit, making more identification beyond genus difficult.
