I also suspect A. bakeri for the rigid and narrowly lanceolate leaves at the base of the blade
below ia my A. bakeri, and yes bakeri set seed easily without helps, so soon you will see seeds if that is indeed an A. bakeri
A wendlingeri, looks very similar, but it has thin, more pendant foliage, not rigid. The base of the blade are broader even when they are very young.
Mine are juvenile, very slow grower, I kept cutting it, so I do not have photos of mature specimen at the moment
They are so slow-growing that algae usually present on the surface, hence the non shiny surface above, but if you clean the leaves, it is lot more glossy compare to A bakeri. I do not wipe my plants unless they are going to be sell or traded. This one I trade with a friend last month and clean the leaves prior.
