Could be? I think it's something in the Echeveria/Sedum/Graptosedums/Pachyphytums/Grapto groups. Maybe some hybrid if Pachyphytum compactum?

I am going with a sedum species. The growth habit is not that of Crassula deceptor, or any other crassula species. What a deceptive plant...

The image has been moved to the bin of unidentified photos until a better name can be applied with any certainty.
