This cactus is labelled column cactus but I think thats just a description not a name. Please help identify this columnar cactus. It is 6 feet tall with 4 arms starting at the ground. Growing in Quartzsite Arizona and probably 25 years old. Please identify with a common and scientific name.

Looks like a senita (Pachycereus schottii, also known as Lophocereus schottii, with various other common names) or something very close to it. A Sonoran Desert native that we also have in Baja California. Pollinated by a moth.

For example:

Here for comparison are juvenile and mature spination of this plant in habitat.

Myrtillocactus. Most likely

A little unusual for a cactus in having multiple flowers per areole. Edible fruit, like a berry.

I would stick with the fruit.
It is what it is!
