I don't think this is a Echeveria, based on the arrangement of the leaves along the stem. I'm not aware of any Echeverias that have opposite leaves in pairs, rather than alternate leaves in a spiral. It does look succulent and I'd guess it was in the same family, but I do not recognize the plant. You may have to wait until it flowers before you have a good idea.

If anyone has an idea about what to call this plant, please speak up. Otherwise I would like to propose we move the image to the bin of unidentified photos until we can better pin it down. Please let me know what you think.

I agree, I look up Echeveria, but it didn't look like any of them. But I was almost positive that's what it was. Sorry about that.

I believe this may be in the genus Crassula or Cotyledon.
