I love it, too. After two different vendors sent me wrong stuff mis-labeled as Vanity, our member, Snork, took pity on me and sent me the real deal. And here it is in my garden, backed by my dwarf barberry. It's a true pink, and such a beauty! Thank, you Pam! Thank you! Thank you!

Here are several more that have big, well formed, beautiful blooms. I don't have the first one, because, I don't think it would blend well with my other colors (prefer very pale yellows) but acknowledge it as a big beauty.

That's All Folks

Mary Frances

Golden Panther

Silverado

If I recall correctly, all of these have won the Wister award, Dykes award, or both. I don't think you could go wrong with any of them.

Golden Panther is amazing, too. But because I was afraid it might clash with some of my other colors, I planted it in a separate garden, flanked with some dark purples, including Sharp Dressed Man. I'm so glad I got it bcause it is truly gorgeous. Take a look at the other pictures of it at Tall Bearded Iris (Iris 'Golden Panther') (Scroll down.)

It knocks my socks off every time it blooms.
