On my way to work when I made this quick post, but yeah...earthworms are awesome!
I normally use straight castings but this is a mix of castings and worm munched compost.
Don't know much more than that.
I use castings or castings/soil mix to top dress, to layer in for transplants between their current and new soil, as a soil additive when mixing something custom up, for veggie starts in the garden, for especially young and fragile cuttings and seedlings, or old and needy plants...
No garden this year, so mostly just boosting plants as they wake up or get re-potted.
