Garden Ideas: Level 1
I do not believe the above plant is Aeonium Zwartkop. I suspect it is one of the Aeonium Tabuliforme x Zwartkop Crosses in cultivation.

1. The tighter rosette
2. the flatter profile.

I have moved both of Paul's images that you commented on to the genus entry for Aeonium, since it's doubtful we can pin down a more specific name. I'd rather err on the side of caution with the ID of plants like this.
