I don't believe this is Peperomia 'Hope' (despite the plant label-- I think they labeled it incorrectly). I believe this is the plant you have:

I agree, the plant is incorrectly tagged, which happens quite often at garden centers when customers take a label out to read it and then go to put it back and it ends up in the wrong pot.

It's definitely not Peperomia 'Hope' and I'm not all that familiar with succulents but I'm not sure it's Portulacaria afra either; the stems look more like Crassula to me. Hopefully one of our more knowledgeable members who grows succulents will be along with suggestions.

I agree that it's not 'Hope'. I don't think Peperomia has any members with pairs of opposite leaves.

Looking at what I think is the grower website, I don't see a pic of the plant in question. Clicking on "succulents," there is a pic with a plant that looks like P. afra to me, more than the plant in question. *IF* all of their plants are pictured, the plant in question is probably P. afra.
