The best time of the year is when p
An echeveria, not Ruellia caroliniensis var. succulenta. Even comparing to online photos this is not Ruellia caroliniensis var. succulenta.

I am 98% sure. Probably agavoides, but let's just move it to Echeveria to be safe.

It is probably in that family but I would not be able to say with any certainty that it is an Echeveria without seeing the flowers. Maybe the bin of unidentified plants would be the safest place for now.
