What kind of japanese maple is this???

Hi just wanted to see if anyone could help identify this one for me. It came with the house when we bought it two years ago. (built in 2004).

That looks like Acer palmatum dissectum to me.
It seems to be looking for the light on the one side after it got tall.
Been there for some time I would think.
