I agree it's probably not nussbaumerianum, the leaves are too wide. It is something in the ballpark, but my knowledge about those plants is limited. Maybe Carly would know something here that would help us out.
I'm pretty sure it's California sunset, CA sunset is quite common, and often mislabeled. My CA sunset looks identical to that plant, and you can compare it to the other CA sunsets in the database.

If this decision were up to me, I would put it in the bin of unidentified plants, not having heard back from Carly and not knowing enough to say with reasonable certainty what the plant is. I would defer to those with greater knowledge.
