I can't say much, it would be helpfull to see an updated photo or more photos of this plant. Though this could be a case of the "different environment". Bottom leaf shape looks fine to me, so I think this could be S. nuss.
Actually, Graptosedum Golden glow, is sometimes believed to be a cultivar of Sedum adolphi, which is the same as nussbaumerianum.
