This lovely flowering plant is not Aloe ferox but (most likely) a hybrid of it, possibly with arborescens.

Two things stand out to my eyes here. One is the branching habit (not a ferox feature). The other is the shape of the racemes. They should be like bottle brushes, with individual flowers pointing mostly away from the flowering stem. The shape of these inflorescences is more conical (an arborescens feature). Take a look at some of the other flower pictures for this species and hopefully you can see what I mean. For comparison, here are fairly typical arborescens flowers

and here is an excellent picture of ferox flowers (though not the usual red color)

and here is one form of the proposed ferox x arborescens hybrid

I am a little confused by the bicolor aspect (flowers turning yellow when they open), though, as that is not generally a feature of either species, and may be a sign that something else may be involved, along with the presumed ferox parent. But who knows, some strange and interesting things can happen with hybrids.

I would like to propose this image (as well as the ones below) be moved to the genus entry for Aloe, unless you have some more information that might help us better pin the plant down.

Thank You!
