Tom, how is the "bloom size" on your irises, this year? I *think* most of mine are "blooming small", on "taller than normal" stalks. SDB's, and IB's seemed OK, but the TB's and MTB's are "affected". Or, at least, I *think* they are Shrug! Number of stalks are great, no big rot issues, so far, at least, although I do see some leafspot, starting to appear.

I think my blooms size is about right this year, although I have a lot of bloom damage on the first terminal blossom. I think it's from some of those very cold late freezes we had this spring.

Derylin, I'll share pics of the new ones, if and when they bloom. So far only one has bloomed, and it's first bloom was distorted, so I'll wait for the second. I noticed that All In Vein's bloom stalk is snapped off, and there's no sign of it anywhere around. I have no idea what happened to it. Really ticked me off. I could have put it in water at least if I could have found it.
Here's some more pics.

Thanks for the nice comments. The irises are really coming on now, and with the cool nights the blooms are lasting a while. We have several days of possible rain coming in a row here, not sure what that will do to the bloom.

Evelyn, Lylah's tumor is growing pretty fast. She's finding it more difficult to eat and drink. I have to cook special food for her to keep her interested in eating. Otherwise you wouldn't know she's sick. Loves to go for walks, take car rides as usual. She can't play fetch anymore as it's hard for her to hold the ball in her mouth and it keeps falling out, so she get's discouraged. I don't think it's painful for her at all yet, which is good.
