Actually, you probably don't have to do much with the semps. I would remove broken leaves so they don't rot and then cause a problem. Hey, where's the photo? I want to see what this guy has done! My guess is all those pointy (but soft) leaves gave him a god massage!

Also, make sure labels (if you have them) aren't displaced as it could be difficult to figure out later.

I agree with Connie, just clean up the broken bits. They should recover quickly this time of the year.

We cross posted Lynn! So my take:

Ah, the cute culprit! Innocent looking too! Who, me? Nah!

The semps look pretty good actually. Clean out all of the broken off leaves. The places where they broke off should callous over (dry). This shouldn't affect the normal stuff semps do, such as make chicks and change color over the season (if color change is in their genes).
