That must be dissapointing. They sure look wonderful, have you tried them again? I'd love to hear about them if you did. How many shastas do you grow? I grow only one... the Becky.

It was in a way, but I'm still happy with the two I got (I still have them), so I guess it worked out.

I didn't try 'Banana Cream' again. I guess I'm not one for growing multiples of the same plant (although I do have two daylilies in the same bed; but their flowers look nothing alike ).

I just have the two (same plant though; the generic shasta daisy). I was just looking earlier and I realized I've had them for four years now.

They're probably one of my easiest plants, if not the easiest. Frost? Meh. Freeze? Meh. Hot sun and drought? Meh. Too much rain? Meh.
