Yesterday - skylers peony's.












































Some of their beds were totally littered with weeds. I wanted to go so If I decide to add any peony's I can see what they look like in person. Worth a trip there if you live in pa. I realized yesterday I love the fluffy pink doubles.

Rizzo, nice pictures. Fluffy pink doubles are a favorite here too. You captured them well. That place looks like a lot of work! Glad you were able to see a bunch in person.

I like single flowers, but there is something about fluffy pink doubles that is so archetypical I don't even mind if they need support

Beautiful, Ruth! I am glad you get to see many peonies in bloom! Did you smell them? This year seems to bring out the best in peony fragrance in my garden.

They were super fragrant the whites and pinks mostly. One of the complaints I had was not one of the row were labeled so I have no idea what I was looking at. But the trip definitely sparked a lot of joy. Also thank you for the acorns

Last but not lease more pics of the Greenland bloom, one week and going strong. I added a 12 ounce can so you can see how large the bloom is




I have one plant left to bloom. Duluth. It has about 5 buds. These are all first year blooms.

Sorry. This should have gone under herbaceous blooms.

I love it, i contacted them but they said they no longer grow it. I got lucky with them once so I'm fine with it.

Well that's too bad! I hope you can find it.
