My moonshine snake plant has developed these pock-like marks on its leaves as well as some orange-colored streaks. I suspect maybe some kind of fungus? Any advice?

Awesome plant.

I googled "snake plant divots brown spots" and got several results for either fungal possibilities and/or watering issues.

Hard to tell but the soil does look wet, how/when do you water?

Thanks for your reply. I also read that it may be a watering issue, so I increased watering from once a month to every 3 weeks. I top water until the water runs out of the drain holes. The leaves stay wrinkled even after a good soak. My next step is to check the roots.

Hey:)

They're resilient plants, but make sure when you water you're doing it. Watering draining out doesn't always count.

The thread "Need help with newly reborn peace lily" in Houseplants forum might be helpful, similar watering issue perhaps.

Both purpleinopp and NMoasis address it, and I get my 2 cents in.

I am not sure about the spots either.
I had one of these years ago. I let to grow to fill a 10 inch pot, then divided and gave away lots.At this time I have one rosette with roots that 'should be making a new pup. It got pretty wrinkled months ago and nothing seems to un-wrinkle it. It's starting to bother me.

I had my big one outside for summers. I wonder if this needs more light, with the pale color.
Plant it and they will come.

Any standing water?

Any other plants of the same type that are not showing this?

Not in standing water and no other plants affected. I did pull it out of the pot to check it out. The roots looked dry but healthy. I gave the roots a good soak, put it in fresh soil.. I'll continue to keep an eye on it. If it gets worse, I may have to admit defeat 😩.

Too soon for that!

Try the google search I did and see what looks the closest.

Trail and error, just start with the most obvious stuff first.

Keep us posted.
