Not sure I've ever tasted cold brew.
Part of me wants to just wake up and have a cup, instead of having to count the scoops and measure water- such intense focus first thing in the day
That is why I make a big pitcher of it a couple of nights a week , so in the morning it is just pour and go. Most often just iced coffee and once in awhile coldbrew.

I make fresh every day. I forgot to get started last night but it's much more pleasant this morning, 74° with a breeze. When the haze burns off, it will be hot but it feels so nice now. Yesterday morning felt like a sauna.
