Hi folks! I'm removing an old rosebush that happens to be in the very center of my garden. Do you have suggestions of what I should put there? Something that might bring it all together?

This garden is on the SOUTH side of my house, but has mature tree cover. I'd say it gets morning sun then dappled light in the afternoon on.

It's got a wall of liriope and Shasta daisies behind it. A couple pink azaleas to the left, pink coneflowers to the right and purple geraniums in front of it.

I appreciate your suggestions!

How about Limelight hydrangea? It's long flowering, not susceptible to bug issues, easy to maintain.

I think it is already too crowded where you drew the circle. You might be forcing something in there where it is not needed.

How about moving what is to the left down low to the left of that roundish patio stone? You have more room there. And since you have largely whites, pinks and purples, do not introduce a warm color like red, orange or yellow. I am thinking a Viburnum that flowers with white flowers, is prune able and would preserve the color scheme. If you would like something taller, how about a Kousa dogwood. They flower white often quite profusely!!!
