Hello!

I have a weeping cherry tree "snow fountain" that I just recently noticed has leaves skeletoning. They seem to be prominent at the top of the tree with some leaves doing it going down the tree as well.

Does anyone know how to deal with this? What is the best resolution to get this fixed? Is it beetles, or a fungus?

Thanks!

Japanese Beetles most likely but you have to catch them in the act to confirm.
