I have this discoloration of the leaves on my grapevine. Also, the vines have pretty much stopped growing. I do not see any signs of pests. I am in Southern California, close to the coast. Any idea what is causing this?

Looks like grape fan leaf virus causing chlorosis.
Sorry there is no cure to this virus. Best to remove the plant place in plastic bag seal thro in trash.
