I have been seeing sap and leaf damage for quite sometime on my orchids and started treating then with Symbioethical Neem oil. Suddenly black insects started appearing on my orchids. Please see picture. I read that they are a hard one to get rid off. Any tips on the best way to deal with them. They have infected all mt orchids:(.
