Loved that you gave us a photo of one of the beds...WOW WEE !! is all I can exclaim but I have questions:

I see the snake on left side to do job of scaring off, but what is the big lump of something on the right side doing?
Any reason why some particular semps were planted within the blocks instead of being in the bed? are the block semps slower growers or smaller specimens?
Thanks for including the scootcher in the pic... nodding

Is it like your scootcher Bev? Scootchers are wonderful. Big Grin

Most of the ones planted in the block holes are slower growing, or just a couple of rosettes.
The snake works if I move it every couple of days. Big Grin
The big lump is a really nice colored rock that I put there until I can find it a home. Thumbs up

Thank you for the kind words.

They make it easy for me to garden. Nice height to sit in a garden chair to work in them. Also helps to keep the gophers and bunnies out of them. Hardware cloth in the bottom and the height is to high for the bunnies to jump up in them.

I've had my scootcher for so long I can't remember where I got it from? Bev, where did you get yours?

LYnn, your scootcher looks like the deluxe model. Mine from one of the hardware stores is smaller and the seat is wearing out. It is at least 12-15 years old. I'm going to look for the deluxe model for this stage in my life.
Everybody, quit posting new stuff to get so that Jackie's husband can get a rest...
And I am speechless that Jojoe typed a ONE SENTENCE post...are there pigs flying out there?
