3 yrs old??! =O
I thought she'd been there for 15 at least.
She's definitely a winner. I hadn't planned on adding any roses, but a robust rambler like Ethel is worth looking into.
We have several David Austin roses.....my favorite, Gertrude Jekyll, has the most intoxicating fragrance. And the most wicked thorns!
Armed to the teeth! I have the scars to prove it.
Now I wear gauntlets when pruning her.
So far I haven't found a source for Ethel here in the USA,
but will call a few nurseries to see if she's available.
