Hi, I'm new to this forum. Thx for having me. I have a young Japanese bloodgood maple. I think there are two problems with it. One is an invisible pest that's eating the edges of the leaves and some of the leaves are spotted (hail damage?). Under one leaf (see pic) there is a white substance. Please help.
