Found quite a few of these bugs on my tomato plants. Can someone please id this guy?

Looks like one of the Leaf Footed Bugs and they are not the worst but still a foe. I would spray with Neem (in the evening so you do not burn any foliage) to smother any eggs they may have left on your plants and do this several times per the instructions on the label.
