Hi my house plant has recently grown the attached. Does anyone know what this is and how to produce seeds?

Hi Aagyekum, Welcome! to garden.org!

From the little I can see in your photo, your plant is in the Araceae family (Philodendron family) and the growth you see on your plant is the bloom. All plants in the Araceae family have blooms that consist of a Spathe and Spadix. I've never tried to propagate Aroids from seed but our member @Gina1960 is very knowledgeable about plants in this genus and may be able to offer advice.

If you Google philodendron, you will find really interesting material on how these plants get pollinated. This one gets very hot. Check it out.
