I'm having trouble with my ficus plant. The new leaves seem to be curling as they come in, and the old leaves are breaking and getting brown spots. I don't seem to be overwatering (soil not pulling away from pot). Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have more photos of specific areas but it only let me upload one. Thanks!

Thanks for replying. It's actually inside by a window. We brought it outside this morning because I thought maybe not even sun? Here's some more pics…

I would take it back inside but keep it closer to a window where the sun shines right in if possible. I think this plant will burn outside, but wasn't getting enough light inside. Aim for consistency with the water, making sure excess can drain away and not waiting too long to add more.
