Need help Identify Weed

I have these weed all over my yard. Could someone help me identify what kind of weed is this? I have applied Primesource Meso 4 SC Select (generic alternate to Tenacity) and I don't think it is working.

Maybe Eleusine indica, the Indian goosegrass, yard-grass, goosegrass, wiregrass, or crowfootgrass, is a species of grass in the family Poaceae.
