This plant looks like Oscularia deltoides and not Lampranthus blandus

Those two species are in the same family but they do not look very similar, and the former is often mislabeled as the latter. For more on the subject check this thread:

To confirm: this plant is Oscularia deltoides. I can go into the differences in detail if you like.
