I have had this forever and it has never bloomed for me. This year I may have 3 spikes, this is the first. I love this little guy. It is in the category of "mini-orchid" as far as size (not micro mini) but only about 6-8 inches tall. Take care of it like you would a Cattleya. gorgeous danger yellow/ hot pepper red flower.
