I have found a few of these mostly outside on my windows screens. Just a couple crawling inside the house. Look like roaches but I'm not positive….

If you need to relax, grow plants!!
It is a beetle of some sort.
Not a roach.
Beetles are in Coleoptera, Roaches are in Orthoptera.
Orchid lecturer, teacher and judge. Retired Wildlife Biologist. Supervisor of a nature preserve up until I retired.

Looks like an Elateridae beetle, not like a cockroach.
