Are you:
1) worried about the health of the plant?

And/or

2) wondering if the green tomatoes can still be used if on a limb now detached or broken?

The plant will likely be fine- and could be trimmed as needed. If branches just fell over, you might stand them back upright and tie to a stake. If branches are very bent, or torn off, you can salvage some green tomatoes, if full sized, but still green by following the ideas here for picking your green tomatoes at the end of the season to ripen indoors.
