Just curious if my BOP looks like it needs water. I used a moisture meter and it said moist, borderline wet but I did stick it pretty far in there.

Looks dry to me

I'd go with dry as well.

Some people swear by moisture meters but I'd never trust them.

When the leaves curl like that, it points to too dry. If the leaves get yellow around the edges and start to deteriorate, that is more toward too wet. Either way it can lead to root loss, dry by dessication, wet by rot.
