I just read the article 'How to Create a Water Garden' by Robert Smaus. He is concise and very informative, as usual.
My problem is that there is no date on the article. It makes me wonder if it was written when he lived in Los Angeles, or after he moved to Washington.
It makes a big difference as to what you can leave in the pond over winter, and what you cannot.
Having dates on information articles is important so us readers know did it happen before this incident, or after?
