Neither. Wolf spiders look like:
And Brown Recluses look like:
You can always ID a Brown Recluse by the violin shape on its back, toward the front of its body (where I have put a red circle in the above image).
Yours looks to be more like a yellow Argiope, or a Yellow Orb-Weaver:
It definitely looks to be some sort of Argiope, AKA yellow garden spider.
Edit to add:
You may also want to look at images online of Brown Widows. I can't tell the size of the spider just from your picture, and it definitely doesn't look like a Brown Widow, but you can never be too careful (and those brown markings on the legs do look like the markings on a Brown Widow's legs). Brown Widows are highly venomous.
