September 10 full bloom and such a sweet fragrance today !
I treasure these ginger lilies because they were dug and touched by my 94 year old aunt Edna and mailed to me from North Carolina years ago
She talked to her plants as if they knew her voice and perhaps they did. She was an artist and loved her flowers.
In her countenance reflected
you would see the person she loved most who was Jesus
and second her children and neighbors.
