We bought 3 Chinese fringe trees two years ago. They do not look healthy to me. What is causing these spots, yellow and browning leaves? What do they need?

Heat and insects have been hard on them this year. It's late in the season, leaves shall be falling soon. Make sure you get all the leaves picked up that drop.
