Does there exist a tool that can insert tree feeder spikes into the ground, from a standing position?

Seems like it wouldn't be too complicated, but so far I haven't been able to find one.

Your trees would be happier if your crumbled up the tree spikes and spread them evenly around your trees. Spikes are handy but only fertilize part of the root zone
