hi.its been a while since i asked a question.i have a composter downstairs 1\1\1 meter.and i have been using it for about 4 years.i have never tried to use the humus created in the decomposing.
1.it doesnt look so dry at the bottom and thats what puts me off
2.do you think its worth while just before it starts to rain and it will be difficult to handle to dismantle the whole composter(made out of plastic panels put together) and try to seperate the"good" stuff from the other?
3.i dont know about the fertility of the humus after so many years?
4/i have heard about using 2 composters.have i missed the train?

The nutrients wash down from the top... That moist compost at the bottom may be your best stuff!
The most I would do is maybe mix it a bit before spreading it... And I'd be unlikely to even do that... I'd probably just toss the stuff out into the garden.... and then start sowing the winter garden.
