Can anyone ID the palm on the cover of this book? (Of course I only have a picture of the cover, not the book for the photo ID / credit!)

Did you look inside the book on Amazon? There's a very long list of palms at the bottom.

However, the one palm I know of which it could be and has large rounded fronds like that is Livistona jenkinsiana.
