Beautiful garden Rose! The Hibiscus are lovely, I especially like the variegated leaf one. The cantalope colored echinacea is also especially nice.

Karma, the tropicals in your garden are amazing! From my zone 3 it looks like a whole different world!

Thank you 4susiesjoy for admiring our front yard garden! Folks are amazed at what they see here. We don't have your common PNW garden for this area. Last year the natural gardens for this area fried but as you can see ours took off like crazy.

Karma,
Is that your backyard on the other side of the fence? You have quite a variety of cool plants in buckets… how do you keep them all watered?

Bea,
Beautiful gardens, as always.

Rose1656;
Thank you for asking those questions. We have the white fence in the front at the
curb and those photos were taken from the front curb, and top and bottom of the
front driveway. If you are interested in our test gardens, you can google our garden name karmahappytoes and find all our photos on my blog to see all our photos. We have a little over 1/3 acres which is a large lot for this area. Our home was built in the 1970s and we have made many updates over the past 34 year. Our gardens are all watered by hand or in the back yard there are soaker hoses off the over 13 rain barrels we have.

Thank you, Mike for the post and acorn!!

Thank you for your thumbs lovely compliments

Karma, rose and Susie…
Every garden pictured is truly inspiring. So much in all those garden pics to learn just by looking at them. Thank you all for the beautiful lessons on creating beautiful combinations.

hazelcrest thank you for the nut…and sending a nut back at ya. What a beautiful garden and great combos in your garden.

It's the time of the years when gardeners get anxious dealing with all the winter storms to just want our gardens back in bloom. So much more peaceful with gardens dressed in there Sunday best.. Especially when our country so incredibly polarized about everything it seems.

Bumpl, you have a bit of everthing growing in your garden. So much variety. Especially love your dahlias and roses - beautiful!

You guys posting your gorgeous garden pics here are killing me BUT I WILL NOT LOOK AWAY! Hilarious! Hilarious! It gives me a heartache knowing that we in colder climes still have quite a wait but I just want to get outside and get my hands in the earth.

I really enjoy viewing all the members' fantastic gardens.

Tiffany, lot of work schlepping all those plants inside. Some of those large pots look really heavy.

Some of them are bigger. There were others scattered around the yard, most of the bigger ones. I swear my porch shrinks every summer. Luckily I have help with the ones I can't lift.

Cornus kousa 'Rutpink' [SCARLET FIRE]. Springhill Nursery: A new introduction from Rutgers, Scarlet Fire combines unique color and a long flowering season with disease and pest resistance as well as cold and heat tolerance. Its 5" dark pink and fuchsia flowers last for 6-8 weeks and stand up well in sunny, warm weather. New leaf growth is tinged with purple, and its dark green leaves turn red in the fall. Developed by Dr. Tom Molnar, Scarlet Fire Dogwood is a floriferous and moderately vigorous tree. In the summer, it develops 1" pink-red fruits that add interest and color. It flowers heavily at 2-4 years and grows to 10' in 8 years. It's a good choice for woodland gardens as well as for screening or privacy. 2-3' bareroot. Cornus kousa 'Scarlet Fire'

Beautiful gardens and plants everyone. I'm so glad this thread got started. It will be at least four months until I can plant stuff out side so it is so inspiring to have all of these beautiful gardens to look at.

Seeing pictures of your beautiful dahlias is making me regret letting them go this year.
